How long does setup take?

For Basic account, we will have it ready within 1 day. For Bundle & Pro projects can range anywhere from 1 week to 4 weeks depending on the complexity.

Is the website for free?

Yes, we will set up, host & manage your website including support and any changes that need to take place. We use WordPress website and work with you to create a look and feel that is specifically targeted for real estate portfolio.

What is Certn Screening?

Offer rentals with confidence, knowing more about people who want to rent with you by having them pre-screened with the ability to upgrade each screen to a full credit check. Price varies by volume.

How do I cancel my service?

Simply contact us and we will stop the service within 30 days and not charge you another penny.

What happens when I cancel my service?

You can download all your tenant information and we transfer your domain back to you along with 3rd party accounts like, Google Analytics, Facebook, Google Place ect. The website, photography, call tracking numbers are removed unless your tab is at zero.

What Email & Call Lead Tracking

We assign each building a unique email & phone number. When you post your listing to a rental website, we can track how many phone calls or emails are generated. This helps understand which lead sources (like Kijiji or Craigslist) generate more emails and calls. *Two email/call tracking numbers included, each additional $5/mo (email/call).
